BCAA (Watermelon)

BCAA Watermelon is a 2:1:1 branched-chain amino acid powder, identical in formula to the Fruit Punch version with a lighter flavor profile. Each serving provides 4000 mg of BCAAs as L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio, plus 2.5 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxine HCl (147% DV).

Branched-chain amino acids are essential nutrients the body cannot synthesize on its own, and the 2:1:1 ratio reflects their natural proportion in muscle tissue. Leucine is the primary driver of muscle protein synthesis signaling, with isoleucine and valine supporting the pathway. Vitamin B6 acts as a cofactor in normal amino acid metabolism.
