L-Arginine Capsules

L-Arginine Capsules take a four-form approach to the nitric oxide pathway. Each two-capsule serving provides 400 mg L-arginine, 400 mg L-arginine AKG 2:1 extract, 200 mg L-citrulline, 200 mg L-citrulline malate extract, and 80 mg beta alanine, with 30 mg niacin (150% DV) and 30 mg calcium. Thirty servings per bottle.

Running arginine and citrulline together is the informed choice. Arginine is the direct nitric oxide precursor but absorbs inconsistently; citrulline converts to arginine in the kidneys and actually raises blood arginine more reliably than arginine itself does. Including both, each in two forms, covers the pathway from both ends. Niacin is involved in normal vasodilation, and beta alanine supports muscle carnosine.
